We offer a broad menu of data entry related services. We can
enter data from scanned images, physical documents or data
keyed online. We utilize the best available software and
hardware technologies specifically developed for rapid and
accurate data entry. We are experts in managing the paper
and labor involved in moving large volumes of documents or
images through an organized conversion process. We also use
a variety of proven techniques, including double-keying or
double-entry (see:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double-entry), that ensure the
highest accuracy.
Security is the highest priority at ADS. Being extremely
sensitive and cognizant of the need to protect our
customers' data, our implemented stringent security
procedures make us 100% reliable and secure with your data.
We input data manually or automatically.

Automated Data Entry
Electronically interprets information from scanned source paper or source
images using
Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) or
Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
Optical Mark Recognition (OMR)
The recognition of check marks or fill-in boxes on preprinted forms. Commonly used
on surveys and other consumer related documents. Usually number two pencil is required.
Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
and Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR)
The recognition of machine printed text characters by a
computer. This involves digital scanning of the text
character-by-character, analysis of the scanned-in image,
and then translation of the character image into character
codes, such as ASCII, commonly used in data processing.
OCR/ICR is a powerful alternative to data entry by means of
automated forms processing. Any company that is interested
in a cost-effective approach to capturing data from forms
and/or retaining their images will want to consider the high
reliability and production of the OCR/ICR process. Our document
imaging process can turn your corporate records or
promotional material into a potent source of information!
